Dr Vivek Mutha is an experienced General Cardiologist, Arrhythmia & Device Specialist, and Lecturer at the University of Melbourne. His basic physician training was completed at Monash Health. Thereafter he completed cardiology training at Northern Hospital, Austin health and Ballarat. He then went on to complete further training in cardiac electrophysiology and pacing at Monash Health learning complex electrophysiology and device implantation.
Dr Mutha has a keen interest in research and has published extensively.
His research interest includes physiological / HIS bundle pacing as well as heart failure. He regularly participates / presents in various national and international meetings. Medical education has been a passion of his and he routinely lectures / is available to teach General Practitioners and Junior doctors.
